TIME MANAGEMENT FOR CONTROLLING LABOR MIGRATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract:

This work is devoted to the problems of migration work force`s control in the
production process due to the accepted strategies in Russian policy. Migration work
force is considered to be either as extra human resource in conditions of increasing the
competitiveness of enterprises or as a tool of increasing of the business attractiveness
of the country. However, it is necessary to carry on a number of changes connected
with the organization of the migration work force` working in order to use this
resource rationally and also to improve it qualitatively and quantitatively.
