«Russia in the Global World» is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed open-access scientific journal. The manifold relations of technology and language are subject from the point of view of international relations, history, linguistics, cultural studies, philosophy, literary and media studies.

The journal is registered by the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (ROSKOMNADZOR), the number of certificate EL No. FS 77 - 77604 dated 31.12.2019.

The scientific journal "Russia in the Global World" is a humanitarian publication of scientific, theoretical and practical orientation, aimed at publishing and discussing the results of fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of international relations, political and historical sciences, sociology, regional studies in Russian and English. The magazine is the successor of the annual almanac of the same name (since 2012), which was published by the Humanitarian Institute of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.

The mission of the journal is to create and develop a permanent platform for publishing relevant materials on the development of international relations and social challenges of the XXI century.

The editorial board's work is aimed at spreading information about new scientific developments and popularizing current scientific knowledge about the role of Russia in the global context, developing a dialogue of the international scientific community on topical issues of modern knowledge about the role of Russia in the field of international relations, political science and regional studies of Eurasia.

The Editorial Board includes leading Russian and foreign scientists. The editorial policy of the journal is based on modern legal requirements regarding copyright, the articles of the journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0)." The requirements for compliance with publication ethics in the preparation and publication of the Journal concern all participants in the editorial and publishing process - authors, editors, reviewers, members of the editorial board, founder and publisher.

Goals of the journal:

- development of methodology and methodology of scientific humanitarian knowledge in the field of domestic and foreign regional studies and political science;

- introduction to a broad academic and public discourse of modern knowledge in the following areas: history of international relations, foreign regional studies, political sciences, historical sciences, and Eurasian integration;

- scientific exchange in the international space between various scientific schools and research areas, between specialists and young researchers in related fields of knowledge.

Target audience: the publication is intended for university teachers and students, scientists, postgraduates and applicants, as well as those interested in discussing modern ideas and practices in the field of international relations, regional studies and political science.

INDEXING: information about the Journal's publications is presented in the database "Russian Science Citation Index" (RSCI), hosted on the platform of the Scientific Electronic Library http://www.elibrary.ru, in CyberLeninka, as well as in the Russian State Library (RSL).

The publication of scientific articles for all authors is free of charge.

The journal's articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

At all stages of working with articles, as well as to communicate with authors, editors and reviewers, the journal's website is used. All reviews are kept in the editorial office of the journal for at least 5 years. In case of disputes, the editorial board of the journal submits copies of reviews of articles to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Information or ideas obtained during editing and reviewing and related to possible benefits are kept confidential and are not used for personal gain.

The journal provides a wide coverage of both fundamental and applied research in the field of international relations, political processes, history and culture of the countries of the West and the East.

Articles are published in Russian and/or English.
