TRANSFER OF KNOWLEDGE IN VIRTUAL COMMUNICATING: UNCONSCIOUS COMPETENCE IN DIGITALIZED ECONOMY

The article analyzes the theoretical approaches to solving dilemmas of the transfer
of explicit and tacit knowledge within the context of a significant volume of
unconscious competence in the conditions of digitization of a substantial amount of
parameters and data criteria. Computational capabilities of hardware, mathematical
tools, statistical methods, cybernetics and information technologies permit to solve
some of the problems of creation, transfer and transformation of knowledge. Specific
social algorithms and methods are produced for building the trust, reputation,
leadership, responsibility, which can effectively develop a virtual business and other
forms of digital economy in the context of innovation-based growth.
