HISTORY AND MODERN TRENDS MUSEUM AND EXHIBITION ACTIVITIES IN GERMANY

This article is about history and current trends museum and exhibition activities in Germany. The work examines the historical formation of exhibition activities and its impact on the spiritual life of the population. The aim of the work is to study the role of museum and exhibition activities in the life of society and the problem of representing the national and cultural characteristics of the country on the example of Germany in different historical periods. The focus is also on the process of modernizing museums and exhibition spaces in modern Germany. Exhibitions are presented as a driving force. The methodological base was based on the method of content analysis of both domestic and foreign sources on this topic, as well as comparison and study of the experience of museum and exhibition activities in various federal states of Germany and international museological organizations.
