LEGAL REGIME OF BOUNDARY SPACE AND NATIONAL SECURITY OF RUSSIA IN NEW CONDITIONS

The article conducts a theoretical legal analysis of national security Strategy of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2015. The author consider the adjusted notion of national security, the system of national security, and other conceptual foundations of the new strategy. Pays special attention to the concept of the legal regime of the border space and national security in the border space.
