TRANSNATIONALIZATION IN THE WORLD ECONOMY

The article is devoted to the transnationalization in the world economy. It reveals
the concept and the essence of transnationalization, the peculiarities and how to
control TNCs. Discusses the characteristic features of TNCs, positive and negative
effects of the operation, and is said about the impact of TNCs on the global economy
and, in particular, on the economies of developing countries.
