Abstract:

This article examines the national and cultural peculiarities of Colombia and their
impact on the effectiveness of international business. The characteristic of Latin
American culture is given by model Kluckhohn – Strodtbeck. The prospects for
cooperation between Russia and Colombia are discussed.
