Abstract:

The history of representative institutions in Russia is
one of the most relevant, complex topics and requires further
research taking into account the new realities of the XXI century. The interest in it is
justified in connection with the 400th anniversary of the Zemsky Sobor of 1613 and the beginning of a
new stage in Russian history: the election to the Russian throne
Mihail Romanov.
