An outstanding public figure in the Republic of Kazakhstan and a highly qualified researcher in the field of studying political institutions, ethnopolitical conflictology, national and political processes and technologies; a specialist in political governance, state and youth policy, interethnic relations.

In 2003 she defended her dissertation "State policy in the field of protection of children's rights in Kazakhstan" for the degree of Candidate of Political Sciences, in 2008 she defended her dissertation "Civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan: political analysis of the youth component" for the degree of Doctor of Political Sciences in the specialty "23.00.02 — Political institutions, ethnopolitical conflictology, national and political processes and technologies".
From 2012 to 2014 — Head of the Department "Political Strategy of the State" of the National School of Public Policy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan; developer of a number of training modular programs for trainings and cases on political governance, state and youth policy, interethnic relations, including for students of the "A" building.
In 2014-2016. By order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was appointed to the political post of Director of the Republican State Institution "Kogamdyk kelisim" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
