PHILOSOPHICAL AND LEGAL VALUES OF THE CONSTITUTION OF NIKITA MURAV’EV

The article considers one of the main document of the Northern Society of the
Decembrists – Murav'ev Constitution from the standpoint of philosophy and law. It is shown
the basic philosophical and legal questions and issues that have received the interpretation in
this research.
