SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF THE THIRTEENTH FIVE-YEAR PLAN IN CHINA

Today, China has embarked on the implementation of the main directions of the
Thirteenth Five-Year Plan. This plan marks a change in the model of economic development,
which means a transition to an innovative economy. The article discusses the most important
socio-economic aspects of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan: GDP growth, significant welfare
growth, infrastructure construction, etc. In addition, the author speaks about the continuation
of the policy of openness and reform of the military sphere in this five-year plan
