PARLIAMENTARY DIPLOMACY IN RUSSIAN-KOREAN COOPERATION

Cooperation between parliaments of Russia and the Republic of Korea has been going on for over twenty five years. Interparliamentary contacts are very important components of interstate diplomacy. Regional parliamentarians and municipal counties play active role too.
