THE PREVENTION OF ARMED (MILITARY) CONFLICT WITH THE MECHANISMS AND TOOLS OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

The relevance of this article is, first of all, that the existing and emerging at this stage of conflict have affected a large number of countries and regions. A particular danger of this process is the active factor in the application of various forms of terrorism as a means of influencing the opponent and the formation of large masses of illegal armed formations. The purpose of this article is to try to awareness of the principles and mechanisms of armed conflict and war, and to examine the methods and tools to prevent them.
