The process of planning, organization and implementation of relocation programs is difficult and laborious for any organization. All the steps should be followed in it: goals, the requirements for roaming employees, selection of candidates, organization of employee adaptation process at the new location, the control over the work of the employee and provide to them feedback, as well as the organization of the return of an employee at the end of the relocation. The rational organization of the whole process helps to minimize the costs and obtain the most effective result of carrying out relocation of staff.
