Abstract:

The article considers the conceptual and theoretical aspects of nationalism, relationship and interaction of ethnic, cultural and civic identities in the process of formation of civil nation in multiethnic societies in the conditions of globalization. The paper considers problems of modernization of the national policy mainly in China.
