THE ELITE AND THE WAR

The phenomenon of war is studied by many social sciences. In this paper we
attempt to analyze this phenomenon from the perspective of elitology. In this regard
we face a number of issues: how to relate to the concept of the «elite» and the «war»;
how the elite provokes the war; how they behave before, during and after the war and
how they manage its results.
