Abstract:

The article analyzes the application of the rules of private international law in the legal practice of the Republic of Singapore. Author is trying to analyze the place of the rules of private international law in the legal system of Singapore and its impact on law enforcement practices. The author suggests analyzing the features of the application in the jurisprudence of the Singapore problems related to the choice of location of the forum.
