INTERNATIONAL DEMOCRACY: THE CONTENT, WAYS OF APPROVAL AND EXTENSION

Human rights, democracy and the rule of law, which are the goal of many international institutions, require nowadays their expansion to human and peoples ' rights, democracy and the rule of law in the resolution of international problems. We are talking about the same phenomenon, but manifested at various levels of people's lives and, as a result of the different actors. Criteria for international democracy require its further systematization. The article draws attention to the paradox, where some leaders of democratic countries, more or less strictly observing the standards of democracy in their own countries, are opponents of the equal rights of peoples and the principles of international democracy. The article traces the evolution of trends of international democracy, based on examples of UN and European Union.
