The 21st century is called the century of the Asia-Pacific region, and it is not a coincidence, because there are located actively developing countries. United States, European Union, Russian Federation are struggling for cooperation with them. Moreover, for such country as China, the Asia-Pacific region is not only the home region, but also the most promising direction of today's foreign policy.
