THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN SHAPING MEDICAL CLUSTERS OF FOREIGN STATES

Presented article is the result of conducted statistical study; of the formation and performance of foreign medical clusters (Europe, USA, Japan). It is proved that educational organizations and academic institutions are essential structural element of the medical cluster. The article shows the process of the open innovation activity in the health cluster developing and implementing. The article describes the scientific methods; empirical research work; theoretical knowledge, general logical methods and techniques. The article reveals the method of system analysis; the method of comparisons and analogies; the method of generalization and others.
