Abstract:

The article sheds light on new approaches to the quality improvement of customer
services provided by IT companies. Semantic analysis is considered to be one of the
most perspective trends in the area of knowledge accumulation and classification in
the modern IT industry. Semantic analysis implementation ensures company’s
sustainable development by providing the most precise customer feedback.
