        <abstracts>
This article examines the environmental policy of Sweden. Special emphasis is placed on the disposal and sorting of garbage in the country, as well as on the algorithm of working with especially dangerous household waste. In the article the types of waste that remain from human activities are described in more detail. In addition, attention is paid to the comparative analysis of waste disposal in Sweden and in Russia. Sweden is presented as an example for copying models of household waste sorting and recycling and further establishing of similar systems in the Russian Federation. The article demonstrates the necessity of these actions to guarantee the protection of the environment from the negative human impact, reduction in the number of landfills, as well as the maximization of the possible benefits for provision of new resources supplying waste recycling or reuse.

        </artTitles>
        <abstracts>
The article is devoted to the demonstration of the supporters of Trotsky-Zinoviev, organized on the day of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the October Revolution. Unlike the Moscow demonstration that took place on the same day, the events in Leningrad have been little studied in the literature and very rarely reflected in memoirs and diaries. In this article, on the basis of previously unused archival materials (primarily from the Zinoviev fund at RGASPI and the fund of the Leningrad Regional Control Commission at CGAIPD), the sequence of the opposition protest on November 7 is restored. This clash, which took place in the two capitals, became the culmination of the internal political struggle of the 1920s, which predetermined the defeat of the opponents of the StalinistBukharin Central Committee. The author also comes to the conclusion that, contrary to the opinion established in historiography, the performances in Moscow and Leningrad were not at all equal in scale, which was influenced by the generally more moderate position of the "Zinovievites".

The status of the autonomous entity of the Aland Islands is a unique example of solving the problem of national minorities. The history of obtaining autonomy dates back to the beginning of the twentieth century. One of the most important principles of the struggle for autonomy was the issue of guaranteeing the Swedish language for the population living in the archipelago. The League of Nations played an important role in gaining autonomy. The documents adopted by it ensured the autonomy of the Alan Islands as part of the Republic of Finland. Adopted on January 1, 1993 in Finland, the law on the self-government of the Aland Islands guarantees the archipelago broad self-government, guarantees the preservation and development of its culture and language. The" state within the state" is called Alandy, the only region of the Republic of Finland that has internal self-government, has its own Parliament, Government.

        </artTitles>
        <abstracts>
The article is devoted to the history of angling in Petrograd in the context of radical changes in the theory and practice of building international contacts after the Revolution of 1917. This type of leisure was actively developed in Russia, largely due to Western influence. It was not only about foreign fishing tackles and techniques that came to the country, but also about a certain cultural reception, which was manifested, among other things, in the formation of ideas about angling as a sport. The central figure in this process in the period under review was Anatoly Shemansky, who consistently promoted active angling with artificial baits and reel tackle and advocated the preservation and expansion of international contacts with European colleagues in the hobby. The link to sports allowed to count on the support of this type of leisure by the Soviet government, but over time, the lack of alternatives to the adaptation of angling to specific Soviet conditions became more and more clearly visible, which forced to abandon many of the hopes and plans of its popularizers.
