        <abstracts>
The existence of corruption in the modern world and the fight against this phenomenon is one of the most pressing issues. The article is devoted to the study of the main forms and types of corruption, their specifics in modern society. Official and scientific interpretations, typology of corruption activity are considered. Based on the previously published works of domestic and Chinese scientists, as well as legal acts, the main corruption crimes were identified. The classification of forms and types of corruption creates a theoretical basis for the application of preventive measures at the early stages of corrupt behavior. The characteristics of corruption are presented, approaches to the definition of corruption are analyzed. However, it is worth answering that there is still no single definition of corruption, so studying the types can help to understand this phenomenon in more detail. Corruption can be divided into several forms: bribery, lobbying, nepotism, favoritism, all these concepts we will consider in the article.

This article examines cooperation in the field of nuclear energy between partner countries. Nuclear energy and its development are definitely the object of interest and attention of the whole world. During the study, it was found that Russia is one of the main experts in this area, and China is turning to our country in order to develop its own nuclear sector. The work identifies and highlights all the objects of interaction between the countries, from the construction of nuclear power plants and uranium enrichment plants, to the construction of nuclear icebreakers and floating nuclear thermal power plants. It also lined up the sequence of interaction between countries from the first treaty in 1997 to the present day and outlined plans for the coming years. The article provides conclusions and forecasts regarding the interaction of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China in the future.

        <abstracts>
For modern man, nature is opposed to man-made human activity. In the early stages of the formation of social relations, nature and man existed as two inseparable things. Further human activity: the development of new territories, industrial and technical progress separate a person from the environment to the extent that a person manages to adapt it to himself with the help of improvised means. One of the most important directions of environmental protection activity is the preservation of the atmosphere, a productive and lively world. The countries of the East Asian region, such as China, Japan and South Korea, also make a significant contribution to the development of international environmental diplomacy. Each of these countries has its own approach to environmental diplomacy. In Russia, the state of environmental protection can be attributed to rather acute strategic problems for the life support of the population.

        <abstracts>
The issues of regulating tax legislation are in the center of attention today. Practice shows that the issues of combating corruption in the field of tax legislation require optimization of tax legislation both at the federal and regional levels. It is necessary to study the limits of the admissibility of anti-corruption regulation of tax legal relations by subordinate legal acts. The legal regulation of tax legislation is in a causal relationship with the optimization of anti-corruption. There is a wide discussion in legal science about the role of acts of fiscal authorities.

The article examines the trends in the development of modern international law. Special attention is paid to the development of international law, which is a fact of the formation of the law of the international community. This formation is characterized by the priority function of ensuring the interests of the international community as a whole. In modern conditions, there is a process of emergence of new branches of international law: international space law, international environmental law, international civil procedure law, international criminal procedure law. The norms of international law become part of the national legal system, and knowledge of its foundations is necessary for individuals and legal entities to protect their rights within the country. Creating and ensuring the functioning of a new world order requires a higher organization of the world system, a significant increase in the degree of its manageability. <abstracts>
The article discusses the issue of the possibility of partial integration of the German model of legal regulation of lobbying into Russian political practice. The FRG strategies in the issue of regulating the activities of lobbyists are analyzed. It is concluded that the formalization of the framework of legal regulation of lobbying in Russia should be carried out in two stages. The first stage should be the introduction of a set of incentive measures to control lobbyists in Russian legislation in order to increase confidence in lobbying as an instrument of political communication. The second stage is the transition to a stricter system of regulation, when society becomes ready for it. It is noted how useful the experience of Germany is in this process, and what specific ways of regulating the interaction between society and government can be borrowed.

Communication between management structures and the population becomes especially important. Digitalization of public policy leads this interaction to a new level. Now modern management technologies (such as the social credit system, the smart cities program) actively applied by the governments of China and Singapore - leading countries of digitalization. These technologies are becoming a new trend in public policy. On the one hand, such developments can become a way of organizing and streamlining the country's population life. However, on the other hand, they can disorganize governance and even become a threat, which will lead to fraud, the dark market and terrorist attacks.

        <abstracts>
The article provides a general overview of the stages of the Sino-Japanese War’s (1937- 1945) perception. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the historical memory was controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, that was largely reflected in the media, literature, cinematography, etc. Therefore, the cultural life of the Chinese people was affected by the international relations. Cinematography is able to describe country's attitude to a particular problem. Moreover, some themes may be more interesting to the society than the others. So, can we say that Sino-Japanese War is as relevant in Chinese cinema as, for example, the theme of the Great Patriotic War in Russia? The answer to this question is the main goal of the article.

        <abstracts>
The prerequisites for the formation of an international organization in the field of health care as a specialized UN agency for international leadership and coordination of urgent issues of improving human health, prevention and control of diseases have been determined. The conditions, factors and stages of the creation and activities of the World Health Organization are identified. The author's periodization of the formation and development of the world health care system is presented. It was found that WHO actively develops interaction with the private sector and supports initiatives on public-private partnerships for health in Member States, intensifies work with non-governmental organizations and member participants, providing them with comprehensive assistance. The analysis identified the World Health Organization as a specialized organization that plays a leading role in addressing global health challenges, sets norms and standards, develops evidence-based policy options, provides technical support to countries, and monitors and evaluates trends in the health sector.

        </artTitles>
        <abstracts>
In this article, the author conducts a critical analysis of a number of features of the constitutional reform of Japan in 1947 in the context of secularization in post-war Japan. The author defines the paradox of the implementation of the constitutional reform of Japan. The paradox lies in the coexistence of non-exclusive tendencies to separate religion from the state and politics on the one hand, and the manifestation of stable tendencies to preserve the traditional historical and cultural ties of Shintoism and government institutions on the other hand. Such trends accompanied the reform process without coming into conflict with it. Constitutional reform in Japan was formally successfully implemented, including in the context of secularization. Japanese society has become less religious, but the historical and cultural ties of the ruling elites of Japan with the religious sphere have not been interrupted. Moreover, in the late XX - early XXI centuries, the existence of such ties is not only not hidden by politicians, but in some cases is emphasized. Such a characterization of the results of the constitutional reform and the current situation can indicate a stable self-identification of the political elites of Japan, not only in the context of political popularity or economic efficiency, but also in the religious context.

        <abstracts>
The article deals with the problems of the disappearance of the cultural connotation of small peoples living in the north of Russia. In the context of globalization and pressure from gas companies, there is practically no opportunity to preserve the usual, landscape-adaptive way of life, and at the same time, the foundations of the achievements of the national culture created by them throughout the entire period of their existence. Attention is focused on the lack of awareness of the younger generation about the existence of such a group of the Russian population. This paper lists the main small ethnic groups of Russia, describes their way of life, and identifies fundamental problems that threaten their entire future existence. The experience of solving similar problems in other states is considered.

        <abstracts>
Japan is a country of Confucian values, and therefore is based on hierarchy and subordination. The cultural specificities of the country promote gender roles and inequalities in society. However, due to globalization, the ideas of Western civilization, including feminism, have become more influential in traditional societies such as Japan. In this article, the ideas of American feminism and their influence on Japanese society will be examined. One of the most influential movements of American feminism – the #MeToo movement – will be discussed. First, we will analyze the features of Japanese culture that can hinder feminist ideas, and then we will consider feminism in Japan, its main movements, and the connection between American feminism and Japanese women’s rights initiatives.
