        <abstracts>
This article is devoted to the specifics of interaction between Russia and China during the coronavirus pandemic from the beginning of 2020 to March 2021. The written work describes the main areas of interaction between the countries with each other and provides comments from Chinese and Russian politicians, which help to better assess the impact of the pandemic on the long-difficult relations between the two countries. In general, it can be concluded that despite the fact that negative elements such as sinophobia, the crisis of the tourism industry and others take place, in general, the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation continue to successfully develop their strategic partnership. The pandemic has opened up new avenues for mutually beneficial partnerships and has also identified new challenges that need to be addressed together.

        <abstracts>
The new crisis that mankind faced was the result of significant changes in its life. Tourism is one of the most affected areas of the economy. The recovery of international tourism has been slow and uneven since the lifting of all restrictive measures. This is due to the domestic and foreign policies of states, the number of infected, economic development, etc. The article examines the features of the recovery of tourism in Russia after the COVID19. A number of state measures and programs, as well as assistance and support from the non-state sector, are aimed at restoring and promoting, first of all, domestic tourism. This positive trend stimulates the domestic economy and increases the country’s attractiveness for foreign tourists.

        </artTitles>
        <abstracts>
This article examines the role of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the fight against international terrorism. The paper deals with the history of the formation and development of the SCO, identifies the cause of its emergence, and identifies the "three evils" of the organization. The article focuses on the creation and functioning of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS). In addition, effective measures for joint emergency response were identified, as well as the main elements of cooperation were highlighted. The paper pointed out that the SCO can independently maintain stability in the region and conduct military operations. It is important that this article pays great attention to the joint work of the organization, namely: the development of effective measures for joint response to emergency situations, ensuring meetings of security secretaries, planning anti-terrorist activities, the use of technical equipment to combat threats, as well as conducting joint anti-terrorist exercises. In our opinion, it is important that the work provides statistical data on the effectiveness of the SCO's actions. Special attention is paid to such modern problems of international security as cyberterrorism and the fight against illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.

The article studied the economic and energy policies of China, South Korea, Japan, and Russia. The paper also highlighted forecast of the future trends in cooperation between Asian corporations and Russia in the Arctic.

The article describes the role of the "Normandy format" in the settlement of the crisis in the south-east of Ukraine. A comparative historical analysis of the events in the course of the Ukrainian conflict from 2014 to 2021 within the framework of the “Normandy Four” is given. The stages of interaction of the countries participating in the “Normandy format” which involve such states as the Russian Federation, the Federal Republic of Germany, France and Ukraine are also considered. The protocol, agreements and other documents implemented within the framework of the diplomatic contact group of the "Normandy Four" are analyzed. It should be noted that the crisis in Ukraine is viewed by all parties as a conflict taking place within one country - Ukraine. “Normandy format” guided exclusively by diplomatic methods and the norms of international law calls on all participants in this crisis to come to a common denominator.

China in the 21st century is one of the most populous countries in the world, and also ranks third in terms of land area after Russia and Canada. China is developing very quickly and rapidly, it has achieved great success in the industrial and economic spheres in a short period of time and still continues to move forward. And this, of course, causes huge damage to the environment. After all, while the economy is developing intensively, the ecological condition of the territory is deteriorating. The consequences of human interaction with nature are becoming more severe, and sometimes irreversible. This article shows the sources of air pollution in China that come from humans.

        <abstracts>
This scientific article is devoted to an overview of the architectural activities of Karl Ludwig Engel in the capital of Finland. After the Russian Emperor Alexander I chose Helsinki, which was rather unsightly at that time, as the new capital of the Grand Duchy of Finland, the city's redevelopment began, the architect of which was the German Karl Ludwig Engel. He acted as a designer of more than twenty buildings, including the Church of St. Nicholas, the Boca House, the Senate building, etc. Imbued with sympathy for the architectural appearance of St. Petersburg during his repeated visits, he transferred to Helsinki many elements of St. Petersburg neoclassicism, which was firmly entrenched in the Finnish capital. Basically, Karl Ludwig Engel worked in the central area of the city, helping to transform the Senate Square into the most recognizable landmark in Helsinki.

        <abstracts>
The objective of this article is to substantiate the significance of the experience of the Weimar Republic for modern Germany, in order to confirm the point of view that this period is very important in German history and should not be considered from the point of view of the transitional stage to Hitlerite Germany. The article focuses on the main elements inherent in modern Germany, which originate in the Weimar Republic, such as democracy, feminism, the movement for the rights of sexual minorities. The emphasis is made on the fact that the shortcomings of the Weimar Constitution helped to avoid such errors in the Basic Law. In the end, a conclusion is made about the significance of the experience of the Weimar Republic for modern Germany, due to the fact that without this period the modern German state would be less liberal and democratic.

The authors of this article investigate the problem of the closed Internet in the People's Republic of China and how this affects the political situation in the country. The relevance of this topic depends on the emergence of new Internet regulations in China, regulating the actions of Chinese citizens, and the result that is reflected at the domestic political level. For this study, the following tasks were set: to study the reasons for the emergence of censorship in China, to find out how the actions of Chinese Internet users are regulated, having studied some regulatory legal acts, and to determine how such Internet policy contributes to the maintenance of political stability in China.
