Northern cooperation exists thanks to the joint decisions of the Nordic countries, according to which the dialogue and respect create a solid basis for regional cooperation. The successful integration of digital technologies into the daily life and their widespread use in the North of Europe also contributes to the enormous opportunities associated with this, and the Nordic countries intend to be at the forefront of next-generation 5G systems. In this context, the Icelandic chairmanship of the Nordic Council suggests paying special attention to such issues as youth issues in the northern region, as well as the projects that promote education, culture and health, where special attention will targeted at the active participation and the dialogue with youth representatives.

        <abstracts>
The paper deals with the estimation of the question «Сan the demand-pull inflation be the type of inflation processes in modern Russia?». The analysis uses data of inflation, statistics of consumer activity and savings of the citizens, as well as the indicators of the state budget and money supply in 2016-2018. The research results show that the acceleration of inflation in Russia is neither the result of expanding consumer abilities of the population or an increase in government orders, nor an increase in the demand for production capacity. This conclusion can not characterize the inflation processes in modern Russia as the demand-pull inflation.
