        <p>The Arctic territories have been a zone of special interest of the international community for many years. Nowadays, the tendency of the increasing of "Eastern influence" through economic and research channels into the Arctic has been clearly defined, so the Arctic states, among which Russia stands out with its exceptional ambitions regarding lands in the northern polar latitudes, is compelled to take this fact into account when directing its foreign policy towards the Arctic. This article analyzes the participation of China, South Korea, and Japan in the development of the polar latitudes with the involvement of their transnational corporations in the framework of interaction with Russian Federation. The article studied the economic and energy policies of China, South Korea, Japan, and Russia. The paper also highlighted forecast of the future trends in cooperation between Asian corporations and Russia in the Arctic.</p>
