In the modern world, there is a large number of conflicts, it is obvious that many completed or active conflicts had or have an ethnic basis. For the post-Soviet States that have a multi-ethnic and multi-ethnic composition of the population, the issues of studying the origin and methods of conflict resolution are of great importance.
