Northern cooperation exists thanks to the joint decisions of the Nordic countries, according to which the dialogue and respect create a solid basis for regional cooperation. The successful integration of digital technologies into the daily life and their widespread use in the North of Europe also contributes to the enormous opportunities associated with this, and the Nordic countries intend to be at the forefront of next-generation 5G systems. In this context, the Icelandic chairmanship of the Nordic Council suggests paying special attention to such issues as youth issues in the northern region, as well as the projects that promote education, culture and health, where special attention will targeted at the active participation and the dialogue with youth representatives.
