        <p>The main features of organizational culture refer to effective functioning of human
factor and technical potential of the enterprise. Realisation of business and personality
values of employees, optimal application of the facilities depend on advanced
management and high quality of labor behavior and quality of goods. The innovation
of the article lies in the revealing of peculiarity of correlation between organization
culture and philosophy of enterprise concerning scientific organization of labor and
enterprise.</p>
