        <p>In the article there are discussed problems of a theoretical substantiation of the
European identity which has found the embodiment in creation of the European Union.
As one of the most influential world outlook factors there is considered such
philosophical current as the French neohegelianism. The special role belongs to
Alexandre Kojève who has created original interpretation of political philosophy of
Gegel.</p>
