        <p>On materials of oral history, memoirs, folklore personification of perception by
veterans of the Soviet military equipment in the period of the Great Patriotic War is
analyzed. Such personified images of military equipment as living beings or people as
those, self-sufficient soldiers, faithful fellow soldiers, members of families of
fighters are presented, to the personality with own nicknames and names.</p>
