The paper is devoted to the history of the 250th Division of Spanish volunteers, who fought alongside Nazi Germany against the USSR. In Russian historical sources this Division is known as the "Blue Division". The paper considers the role and the significance of the Blue Division in political, diplomatic, military, economic and social aspects for both Spain and Germany.
