Globalization that represents the world of social and political values is considered as a global sociocultural phenomenon. Common global culture of global society represents the unity of policultural and transcutural processes. Global changes lead to changes in relationships between states, formation of world markets, growth of interrelation and interdependence of national world economies. Russia is fated to play an important role in processes of globalization. Many thinkers see the specifies of Russia in synthesis of oriental and western cultures where rationality of West interwines with figurativeness of East. Holding favorable geopolitical position on Eurasion content. Russia has all prerequisites and possibilities for realization of global role in world processes in XXI century.
