Presented article is the result of conducted statistical study; of the formation and performance of foreign medical clusters (Europe, USA, Japan). It is proved that educational organizations and academic institutions are essential structural element of the medical cluster. The article shows the process of the open innovation activity in the health cluster developing and implementing.
