On September 19-20, 2014, at the Department of International Relations and STU under the auspices of the Association of Public Policy and Management in the Middle East (Association for Middle Eastern Public Policy and Administration, АМЕРРА) hosted an international conference "Traditional institutions and public policy in modern society." This is the first conference held in Russia AMERRA. The conference was organized sections: "Minorities and Public Policy in the Middle East", "Traditional Minority and Public Policy" which was attended by professors, graduate students, students from St. Petersburg, Moscow (HSE), Kazan (PDR), Yekaterinburg (Ural State Law Academy), as well as members AMERRA.
