In this paper, based on the analysis of official statistics dis-regarded the decline in living standards of the population of Russia in the 1990s. Highlights the decline in incomes of Russians, reducing the real Zara and salaries of workers employed in various sectors of the economy, reducing the value of pensions granted by the state, the growth of poverty citizens.
