        <p>The article traces the stages of constitutional development in People's Republic of
China. Peculiarities of the structure and content of Chinese constitutions in their
dynamics are revealed. The basic economical, political, ideological principles of the
social structure of modern China are considered in the article. The originality of the
national party system is shown. Possible ways of transformation of Chinese society
and the state in the future is identified.</p>
