It marks a transformative phase in modern society, enabling government services through cutting-edge technology. This shift spans governance, citizen interaction, and public service delivery, fostering greater citizen involvement, innovative logistics, and novel economic models.

In the section "World and Digital Transformation" of the new issues No. 3 and 4 of our publication, the theme of the issue "Digital State in Global Perspective" is presented as a collection of materials from a scientific symposium (23–25.06.2025, St. Petersburg) (see: Bolgov R.V., Chugunov A.V., Filatova O.G. in the issue).
