Diplomacy is the art of negotiation. Currently, there are: traditional diplomacy, public diplomacy, cultural diplomacy. Cultural diplomacy is often seen as a type of public diplomacy that is an integral part of soft power politics. Contemporary studies on cultural diplomacy interpret it as "the exchange of ideas, information, works of art and other cultural components between states and their peoples in order to strengthen relations between countries and peoples".
