The article analyzes in detail the mechanisms of protection and observance of the rights of minors in modern Sweden, as well as the possibility of applying this experience in Russia. Attention is paid to the study of the current legislation of Sweden, as well as its social concept for the protection of the rights of the child. The specificity of parent-child relations in the legal context, protection of social and economic rights and interests of minors are analyzed separately.
