The article discusses the history and activities of the Shenzhen MSU-BIT University. The University was established on the initiative of Chinese and Russian governments. This is the first university in the history, which was created by the Chinese and Russian governments. This article also analyzes the formation of joint university, studies its organizational work, administrative structure and campuses system, shows the chronological development of the University. This University plays an important role in the interaction and cultural exchange between the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation.
