This article highlights some of the international aspects of devolution in England, Scotland and Ukraine. Minsk agreements are an example of the policy of "active" international mediation in the devolution process in Ukraine, as well as the Dayton Peace Agreement on Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Belfast Agreement.
