        <p>The article is dedicated to educational systems of Russia and Finland. Both
countries have developed their own approach to education. This paper identifies
advantages and disadvantages of both systems, current problems and possibilities of
their resolution. Additionally, the paper examines the experience of reforming the
educational system in Finland and the opportunity for its use in Russia</p>
