        <p>The Diplomatic representations in the modern conditions of changing international relations provide many functions in the political, economic and cultural fields and effectively develop the implementation of the foreign policy interests of their states. The Geopolitical changes have significantly increased the requirements for the work of diplomatic missions. At the same time, we can observe a tendency in some countries the transfer of some functions of diplomatic missions in the hands of other public or private institutions.</p>
