        <p>International media law is formed by virtual reality and applies to the specific legal relations within states, which is different than the national private and public law regulations, thus creating a new section of the legal system. The persons of media law in their international legal status acquire a wide range of rights and responsibilities on the basis of international treaties and national administrative acts as well as in recognition of the judicial facts and legal conditions such as authority, popularity, reputation.</p>
