        <p>Ensuring continuous and accessible education is one of the world educational trends. This trend can be successfully implemented in the field of mechanical engineering on the bachelor degree level. A technical college is considered as the first stage of training. College graduates are enrolled to the Bachelor programs. The University graduates receive the necessary professional experience that is attractive to employers. Thus, graduates are competitive in the labor market.</p>
