        <p>The actual problem housing problem is the reconstruction of residential buildings.
It allows you to extend the life cycle, to improve the quality of housing, to liquidate
communal apartment, to equip the dwelling house modern engineering equipment, to
improve the energy efficiency of buildings, operational reliability and durability. The
latest reconstruction techniques improve the performance of buildings and ensure
reduction of heat loss, energy consumption, vibration and acoustic impacts on
residential premises, as well as provide a comfortable living conditions. During ecoefficient
construction uses the latest materials, devices, and methods that enable
economical use of electricity, gas, heat.</p>
