        <p>In the article the main trend sin humanre source management in Europe are
systematized and analyzed: human resource development, the transformation HRfunction
and HR-changing rules of the game. An analysis of each trend of human
resource management in particular are examined. Based on the results the necessity of
global trends in the performance of small and medium enterprises aresubstantiated. In
the study methods of analysis and synthesis are used, as well as statistical information
processing.</p>
