The article analyzes theoretical and methodological foundations of new approaches regarding regulation of the educational market. As one of the approaches, proposed the model of flexicurity, proven it effective in a number of European countries on the labour market. Reveals the essential characteristics of flexicurity. Proposed conceptual view on two key blocks on the educational market: flexibility and social protection, proved the need to achieve in their cooperation of synergies effect. Taking into account flexicurity concept, defines the main directions of the trajectory of the educational market.
