        <p>The article examines examples of formation and adaptation in practice allocation
programs leading Russian companies operating on the international market. Based on
the statistical data calculated the proportion of foreign workers in headcount Russian
TNCs isolated and justified the key trends shaping and development programs,
relocation companies in various industries.</p>
